*I check every item for accuracy prior to listing, No empty boxes, no missing pieces.
*If an EPIPHANY item, a blue menu will pop up asking if you want "Prize or Points". Always select "PRIZE". If you select "POINTS" you will lose item forever and I will NOT replace item.
Once item shows as DELIVERED in my system, I am NOT able to REDELIVER or REFUND.
