As most items sold at The Nebula are no transfer, we are unable to provide a refund. We will, however, refund a duplicate purchase, minus the marketplace fee that was charged. If a duplicate was purchased inworld, the entire amount will be refunded. Please be absolutely sure of your selection before purchasing.
