Hi. Here is a light spacious family home, sized to fit 512m plots. It is low prim, part mesh, weighing in at a low 10 LI unfurnished. Entrance is via sliding door, 5 second auto close. There are two floors, access via TP mats ( included ). Also included is a mesh platform with nine different textures, decking, grass, snow etc. Click for menu.
The house is delivered boxed. The box contains the house, an upstairs and downstairs tp mat, and a 30 x 15 platform

ITS A GOOD STARTER HOME. I LOVE THE OPEN FLOOR PLAN BUT THERE WERE A FEW AREAS I ADDED WALLS AND A DOOR TO MAKE MORE PRIVATE.
