For as long as you own any of our arcade machines, we will support them. If the game breaks, we'll gladly trade you a fixed version or a comparable item for the life of the product. You are always entitled to trade-up to the latest revisions, free of charge. Barring situations that cannot be fixed, you're covered.
This is why our arcade machines are Transfer Only - to allow you to send them back for fixes and updates.
When you're lucky to get in touch with the creators elsewhere, we've been supporting our arcade machines since 2012 - Now *that* is customer service.

I went to the store and had difficulty figuring out how to play the machine. After a quick IM to the owner, Will, he came by and walked me through the process. The games are great! I'm sold. This is the first of several I plan to get. Stellar customer service.

100% playable. It was kinda funny to set up but possibly due to my bad internet. Cant fault the product at all and could not ask for better. EXACTLY as advertised. I could not be more pleased.
Excellent Game
These are the best looking and playing arcade games I have found in Second Life. Every detail of the cabinet is faithfully reproduced. It even has the mirror for the screen that the original has, how cool is that? The builder gives great customer service. Five stars all the way!

The best Arcade Games in SL bar none! I know, I have over 20 from “Andromeda Media Group
, Aeonix Aeon” and about 10 from other creators that I do not use at all. Why are his so good you ask, Please let me tell ya. First of all they work reliably every time you or anyone else plays them. They don't require you to have anything extra installed on your pc in order to play them inworld and don't have some funky control setup. Second, they are the correct size for normal AV's. Not giant consoles better suited for those freak jobs that have an insecurity complex with a 10foot avatar. Third and probably the most important in my point of view. The cabinets for the games are historically correct. I personally used to repair and occasionally still do repair arcade games in real life so it's great to see the original unique cabinets and not ones that had conversion kits put in them. Other creators in SL mostly use a generic-universal cabinet for the games. So if your looking for accurate, reliability, and play ability in your arcade games. Buy these first before you go wast your lindens on some other persons junk.
Great Inworld Game!!
Purchased this to add to a bowling alley we are adding to our sim and it works fantastic! I love not having to be redirected out of screen (though there is the option). The mesh is beautiful and clean. After purchasing, the creator reached out to offer any help if needed (SUPER RARE THESE DAYS). Will purchase more from this store in the future.
