The Marchant Condo is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 3.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 18 m by 18 m, consisting of a large spacious main room with triple aspect windows, there are two secondary rooms with side aspect windows .

The whole build has a 1 to 1 texture ratio, so you can either keep the supplied look or re-texture the skybox to suit you tastes.
