J-Tech Online Tracker is available as HUD (when weared notify you in HUD area and sending you a private IM) and rezzable in your land.
When rezzed in your land, it work when you are offline also and send an e-mail when tracked avatar come online or go out.
It work regardless of friendship status.

Don't Work
Names added as indicated, does not work. It also doesn't load them via the blue menu - nearby, by name, nearby. Every time I log out, when I log back in, I need to add all the names again if not, they don't appear for me

Don't understant the negative reviews below as it works as it should be and very easy to use.
False advertising
it is not true that it indicates when an avatar in the list enters and exits the same sim where you are, it is a simple tracker to see if the avatars are online.
Doesn't work
Added names as directed, doesn't work. Doesn't load them by the blue menu either - close, by name, nearby.
