Pine Island Log Cabin(43LI, 13x15)

This cute log cabin is 143 land impact and has an area of 22x22.

It has a front and back porch, spacious living, dining and kitchen area. I have also added a separate room with double doors which can either be a more private living-room or even an extra bedroom. Upstairs, the landing is large enough for a family area. There are 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a balcony overlooking the backyard.

When I build this house I imagined pine trees and wooden path and lots of flowers. So I have also included the landscaping. There is even a little cascading pond with the sound of gurgling water. There are even deers in the pine forest.

With the landscaping, the complete built is 280 land impact on a 55x48 base. This house would be perfect on a mountain or next to a lake. It would also make a great beach house. This would make a good skybox too.

As usual, my houses are copy, mod, no transfer, partial mesh and unfurnished. Some scripts are no mod.
