The Island is 100% mesh, resizable from 51m x 33m to 256m x 68m menu driven.

The platform is copy / modify giving you free range to dig in and make changes if so desired.

Fin Island has 3 texture sets, Tropic (diffuse & normal), Tropic w/ Center Path (diffuse & normal) & Snow Covered (diffuse, normal & specular).

Includes a copy/mod high quality animated water w/ reef bottom (seen in the images) in several sizes.

Land Impact:
The Island has a 200 LI at any size & the animated water is 3 LI.

The Island is packed in a rezzer with move to center region, Max Size, Default Size, Resize -10% +10% & texture menu.

The Animated Water Surround was created with help from Riders manager Lizzy Seranno and is one of the best I have personally seen. It has excellent color, movement and gleams as natural water does w/ normals and specular.

Both, the Platforms and Animated Water Surround are separate, therefor you can use one without the other.
