This is the wand from Sailor moon Season 3. Sailor moon S. It is embellished with a large red heart with a crown, symbolizing Sailor Moon's path to becoming a queen, same as her cosmic brooch pendant. The attack used with this was was Moon Spiral Heart Attack and the attack featured the moon kingdom in the background for a brief moment, and then the wand shoots out ribbons of hearts at the enemy.

The wand is pink and would look cute with any avi.
