This plugin adds additional restrictions to all KDC gags.
There are up to 8 different levels of restrictions, and are progressively more restricting:

- 'low'
Almost no garble

- 'medium'
Barely readable garble

- 'high'
Complete garble, understanding will be impossible.

- 'IM+'
Prevents starting IMs

- 'IM++'
Prevents sending IMs

- 'emotes+'
Reducing your emotes to 20 characters

- 'emotes++'
Prevents and replaces emotes with a random one.
NOTE: To make simple affirmative and negative communication possible, the wearer can still 'nod' and 'shake their head'
Example: '/me yes' '/me nods' or '/me no' '/me shake head'

- 'total' (optional)
Completely block all chat and emotes. No exceptions!

- rez your gag on the ground
- edit the gag and go to content tab (the prim with all the scripts inside)
- insert '[ANNA] KDC Gag Plugin Garbler vx.x' into the root prim
- insert '[ANNA] KDC Gag Plugin vx.x ' into the root prim
- insert 'ANNA_CHANNEL_BLOCK=off' notecard into the root prim
- insert 'ANNA_TOTAL_MODE=off' notecard into the root prim
- insert 'ANNA_NAME_CHANGE=off' notecard into the root prim
- insert 'ANNA_WHISPER_MODE=on' notecard into the root prim
- use Edit linked and the small arrows to find the prim named ':'
- remove all scripts from the prim named ':'
- take the gag back into inventory
- wear it
- if it's already in your mouth, pull it out of the mouth and in again to make sure it works

"on": The person who locked you can change your name by chat command /999 <prefix*> <new name>
"off": Change name is off and name is reset to displayname

example:
/999 an Gagged Anna

<prefix*> = These are the first 2 letters from your legacy name!

example: "Anna Resident" -> "an"

"on": Garbled speech will be sent as a "whisper" (10m)
"off": Garbled speech will be sent as a normal "say" (20m)

ANNA_TOTAL_MODE=off
ANNA_TOTAL_MODE=on

"on": Prevents all chat and emotes on maximum tightness (total!)
"off": No additional restrictions when tightened to "total"

ANNA_CHANNEL_BLOCK=off
ANNA_CHANNEL_BLOCK=on

"on": Prevents communication on all channels but the gag channels
"off": Channels are not restricted by this gag.
