Charis Townhouse is a red brick 3 storey townhouse with high walls(5m) and long windows.
On the ground floor, the floor layout is open-spaced with a break where the staircase is. There you can have a separate kitchen area.
The upper floor has a large private room and an open spaced area.
On the third floor, there are 2 private rooms with a balcony on the front room.
Charis Townhouse is 78 land impact with a 9x16 base area. It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. I have also added a rezzer.
