This is an elven cottage inspired by the homes in Rivendell on Lord of the Rings. The cottage is designed like a duplex so that it can be shared with a friend or used as a rental.
The cottage is 24 meters long and 12 meters deep. Permissions are Copy & Mod only. Due to the scripts in the doors and windows, the cottage may appear as no mod in your inventory. However, once rezzed, it is modifiable.
The windows and doors can be opened or closed on touch while the doors are also lockable. When open, the windows are antique glass. When closed, they are shuddered.
Both sides of the duplex include fireplaces.
