FOREST HOME - Entire Sim - Rezzes In Minutes

Forest Home is a fully developed sim that rezzes onto land you own or rent.
It includes exciting white water waterfalls, huge forest trees and other plantings, and a lovely lighted pathway that meanders through the entire island.

It rezzes with all waterfalls, treehouses, lights, bridges, and plants in place....but is fully modifable if you want to add your own touch.
* You must own or rent a sim (Homestead or regular prim sim) for me to rez Forest Home onto.

The Forest Home sim is the same as a custom designed sim, but for a prefab price. I rez the sim for you and provide full customer support from start to finish.

I have automated the Forest Home sim and it rezzes in minutes, but I can customize it to fit your specific needs (land flattened for homes for example, or advice on future sim plans) and one hour of customization is included in this package.
Extra matching bridges, lights, treehouses, rocks, and plants are included if you want to add your own touch.

Textures are included in accessories box.

Forest Home is amazingly lush with vegetation and waterfalls, yet has only 1719 prims with all the treehouses in place, or only 1109 without treehouses. It's low enough in prims to work well for a Homestead, yet looks great on a regular prim sim. Plenty of prims remain open for you to add to it and play/experiment if you like, but it also looks great as it is.

I can modify it (or you can) to fit any project you want to create. It stands alone as a beautifully designed complete sim, but it can also be considered as a basic building block to begin with and complete your project on.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FOREST HOME:

Forest Home is beautifully terraformed with mountains on the periphery containing beautifully designed white water, natural looking waterfalls.
Huge trees forming a forest with a thick canopy are on one side of the island.
A pathway with numerous rustic bridges and lights circles the island, meandering through forest, river, and waterfall areas, providing viewing points for all landscape features.
The forest trees have treehouses in them (seven treehouses) and are hidden away high in the canopy of the trees so as not to disturb the natural look of this enchantingly beautiful island.
The treehouses can easily be removed however if ground living is more your style, and several flat areas are included in the design for you to place a ground home.
Most of Forest Home is constructed with interior waterfalls and forests, but there is one spot on the outside designed for ocean access and views.

I approach sims like a landscape painting rather than a construction project. All aspects - starting with shape and texture of the terrain, through the water, plants, rocks, and other elements - blend together as a seamless whole. This integration is the most crucial part of beauty. Even the homes I choose are part of the painting, built to optimize shape and color to match the whole island.

When you purchase your sim here on the MP you will receive a sim voucher and accessories kit with extra plants, rocks, treehouses, lights, bridges, and an information card.
After reading the information card just contact me (Luna Bliss) and we'll set up a time to rez your sim. Setup is easy:

1. First I email the .raw terrain file (to change the shape of your land) and help you upload it to land you either own or are renting.
2. I apply the terrain textures.
3. I rez the entire island (all the prims) from my 'magic box'.
4. After consultation I customize the sim if need be.
5. All prims are transferred to you.

Once again, it really is the same as a custom sim, but for a prefab price.
