This is a low land impact (22 prims), three storey building for your to live in or rent out. It's made from good, old-fashioned prims: nothing special or high-tech; hence the price. Feel free to break it apart and add stuff in. Beware, however: the prims in this building are very precisely aligned and unlinking them sometimes has the effect of slightly misaligning them (I have no idea why), particularly the ground prim on the top floor. This will sometimes sort itself out if you relink. It's only very slight and you might well not have noticed it had I not brought it to your attention here, but I thought it's best to be open.
