oversized, crappy LOD and up towards 550-600 prims in placement

if it was priced at like 200-500 range it might have gotten a 3 star rating.
some rooms are too tiny, others are way to big. meshes glitch / invisi blocking as well as walking through walls. and The LOD make the house pretty much disappear when you only slightly zoom out

The initial design is quite nice (the only reason for achieving two instead of 1 star) but there are plenty of other choices and often allot cheaper that i cannot give this an approval nor a recommendation
