Very low prims Mesh house in the shape of a book. ONLY 10 or 12 land impact.
High quality textures, materials enabled, were used. Everything is copy, modify and you can re-texture it as you like.
There are two versions included in the package:
- one with a single level at only 10 prims/land impact.
- one with two levels at 12 prims/land impact.

The house footprint is ~ 15x13m, and for this size the land impact is very low.

Everything is linked, including the working doors with sounds. No fancy rezzer used. Just rezz it and positioned it as you like.
