All I can say is that I love the ability to change the texture, how it all fits in so nicely. It really makes the rest of the landscaping pop. If you need grass This is what your looking for.
Nice looking but....
I have to agree with another post I saw in here. Not enough coverage for the LI impact. You try to modify and it just gets too way out of hand. I am sure there is a way to use less vertices and still have it look great. It would be good if you have a full sim, but for a homestead or parcels, the land impact is just way out of reach to make this of any use.
