Wonderful design, low in Prim, open view and great Mix of Style with Wood House, Villa or down as open loft. It would perfect for me if the rooms upstairs are so large as downstairs but now the plus:
All Prims I usded to change are without any problems to mody. I change walls, unlink colums or change colors without any problems and this by a mesh House.
The Quality is stunning - it was not a surprise for me if I checked it inworld. Cause a Builder who use Stuff from Surge, PowerMesh or Valem and more like this must be a Builder who have a big eye for best quality. The Furnished is stunning too but I have in all the SL years so much own Stuff that I don't need it realy but I was near to buy it furnished cause it worth it realy.
The Size from house is for me perfect. I had some Issue if I decorate it with the large Prim on Ground under the house but after I set all "Mask" off - was all perfect. I lost my shadows from my Plants / stuff or Alpha in this ground and find the problem. I think this is my Graphiccard cause I can not run with "High Ultra-Light" in Windlightsetting and don't need it realy.
The Texture at all, the sizes from Rooms, the Terrace or the huge Room down (I use it as Livingroom too) is a dream.
This house can be use for couple or Family (alone too if you like large Homes) and the open View is a dream too. All I can say is - it worth the Price, the Stars and congrats to the Builder for this beautiful House. I prefer this sliding Doors cause the Doors on other houses looked like more for Giants. I don't like it realy if the Door Handle is near my Eyes and my Avi is not short ;) .. that was a point too why I purchase this house and not one from another.
AND before I forget - my dream was a Wintergarden - This house have part like this (I missed the Glass cause Avi can fall down) but it was not a problem to spend one own Prim and make my own Glass around. I be in Love with this House - thank you ♥
