Description:
The platform includes the following exercises and animations
-Crunches
-Squat
-Deadlift
All the animations and barbells were built by myself, trying to match the reality as close as possible:
Platform, barbells and plates dimensions and colors are based on real ones.
In the poses menu you can actually CHOOSE what amount of weight you are going to lift, they go from range from 40kg up to 370kg depending on the exercises, based on RL world records
The platform has also these rezzable props by clicking the black rubber sides:
- Squat rack 1LI
- Squat rack with plates 10LI
- 2 x empty barbell stands 1LI
- 2 x barbell stands with barbells in them 4Li
- barbell on the squat rack 1LI
The platform alone is 3LI only
