This Beach House was inspired by another in-world creation called the "Harbor Beach House v1" (recently updated) by Greymoon Designs.
The MZ Creations :: Beach House comes with:
■ 2 Bedrooms / Or 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom (Your choice).
■ High Ceilings (Gotta love the high ceilings so your cam doesn't get stuck to it).
■ Large open floor plan.
■ Living area divider with fireplace.
■ ZimberLab scripted doors.

The house itself is a total of 228 Li/prims and has a footprint of 28x34 meters.
*Included in the box you will find a set of curtains that fit perfectly in front of the windows and a wrap around deck that goes along the left side of the house.
The house can be colored into what ever color you want. Simply go into edit mode and highlight the "Select Face" option in the build menu. From there you can select all the walls on the outside (or inside) and color them to your liking. Also the floors can be easily retextured by yourself.

AMAZING!!! HOUSE!!!!
If you are looking for a house with awesome textures, open floor plan not to big but not to little and high ceilings, this is your house!!! I absolutely LOVE this house! Also I hate alot of little rooms like some of the other houses that just force you to decorate so many different rooms. I love entertaining and this allows for that very well. I can not say enough good about this house. I am glad I found it after LONG hours looking lol. BEAUTIFUL! Got the boat house as well and matched it to my house. Definitely a full 5 star house. I would give more if I could! Look forward to seeing more from this creator!
