in smaller land parcels. Total land impact just 3 for this new one!
► Added another version with intense waves splashing! (water spray)
That version has total land impact 7 for the effect to run, but i love the result

When you should NOT use any type of off-land-limits sets:
-When at the opposite side there is not open sea, but, some other person's land property. In this case, talk to the other land owner before placing on his water any object.
Of course, you can place a decorative "off-sim" creation, INSIDE your land limits too. Does not HAVE TO be placed outside your borders.
This, CAN also decorate a part, a corner of your property

simply the best
offsim or in. It doesn't matter where to want to set this very well done rocks. The rocks are very real, like Boca Raton's. The waves are impressive, very low prim, amazing price and it gives a touch that i just can't describe with words. Very good job. I highly recommend it. 10stars
This looks amazing...
I was trying to find something to make our ocean view not so flat and this was the right choice. I love watching the spray as it hits the rocks. It looks great! Our neighbors have a similar type of off sim look but ours by far looks more realistic. FANTASTIC! Keep creating. :)
The Best
Bought this a long while ago and forgot to review. Really nice, not over done, just nice and relaxing to watch, no matter where i live this is the one i use, have bought many offsim items but this is my favourite by far. Thank you.
Beautiful but customer service lacking
This is a beautiful off sim piece. But the menus on the system are not working on the marketplace version. I had the same problem with the real aura which Antreas took care of immediately even refunding the purchase price and replacing the product. But having IM'd and sent a note card I have not heard from him over this issue. He knows I am not trying to get free product as I repaid him for the aura because the replacement worked flawlessly. My advice is to buy his excellent creations at his inworld store and not on market place.

Absolutely love it! Easy to put out, gorgeous to watch. Haven't figured out the out of sim placement yet, but hopefully in due time.
