Normal, and small sizes included, avatars CAN sit in the normal version, but, there is not enough room to sit in the smaller versions, so, animations and scripts were removed in those. The smaller versions are OFF SIM constructions for decoration only, while normal-size version is sit-functional (you can test in our store)
OFF-SIM set, means the ENTIRE construction can be placed outside your SIM physical limits.

And yes there is the YELLOW BOX edit thing, so ou can put it off sim.

This is NOT an off sim island. You can only use it within the bounds of the land, there is no box attached so push it out of bounds.

I really love all that Antreas Alter makes. Not only does he make really quality products he also gives the best service. I bought the island but made a mistake because I wasn't able to use it to walk on. I should have known that. The seller explained really clear why that was and even sent me a little present. He gave me all I want and even more. If I could give him 0 stars he would certainly get them!
