in smaller land parcels. Total land impact just 3 for this new one!
► Added another version with intense waves splashing! (water spray)
That version has total land impact 7 for the effect to run, but i love the result

When you should NOT use any type of off-land-limits sets:
-When at the opposite side there is not open sea, but, some other person's land property. In this case, talk to the other land owner before placing on his water any object.
Of course, you can place a decorative "off-sim" creation, INSIDE your land limits too. Does not HAVE TO be placed outside your borders.
This, CAN also decorate a part, a corner of your property

Very realistic and definitely adds a realistic feel to your landscaping, whether tropical, forest, etc. LOVE IT!

So simple yet really pretty, does not seem to cause any lag so far, perfect indeed for any kind of lands with off-sim sea, such "small" details can change a whole view!!! And the price is really a gift to our community. We are lucky to have people like you ;)
