About size/fit on your land:
Unless you plan on using the SKYBOX version, you normally need large land for a house plus your other objects plus this big pool. Please get the "demo" for an accurate footprint ( exact size and shape ) to make sure it will fit on your available free land, or make sure you can take care of available space with re-arranging some of your existing rezzed items. You can use the modify version (included) and scale it down a bit, make it smaller, but i really do NOT recommend modifying the pool yourself, as its a complex construction with parts requiring EXTREME accuracy like the realistic shadows and night scene lighting effects.

Has to be the most realistic, life-like, pool in sl. No doubt!
I had seen the previous version of this pool at a friends sim and fell in love with it. This large, covered pool, deck area, seating, and space for almost anything is the perfect spot for swimming and entertaining in sl. The space and layout has to be the most creative ever and there is even room for dancing (I placed a remote to my Intan couples dances there) for multiple couples or singles. This is one of the best creations I have seen in sl. Easy setup, and the modifications for tweaking are marvelous if needed by anyone to fit their space. I have owed other pools and payed a fortune for them in sl, this pool is worth 10 times this much.

easy, rez the footprint for the pool , rez the rezzer to the center of the footprint and voila :) the real pool ready for use without read any of the instructions!! so easy !!
you can delete if you want parts of the building but there is no need for that, furniture are awesome, plants everything!!!! and just by setting the environment to midnight with lights on you have the perfect classy enviroment for having the best time with friends !!!

Ive bought dozen of pools on here and none of them was what I expected so I basically trashed them. I purchased this one thought I was getting ready to do the same, but I have to say this is the most awesome pool I have bought. And my family loves it as well. Great job this is an absolute must have!!!!!!
