It it 100% mesh with realistic textures and comes animated with a choice of 4 seasons Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. These can be chosen via an easy to use menu with the touch of the tree. Land Impact ranges from 3Li to 7Li but as the tree is both copy and mod you can adapt to suit your needs. A must have for gardening enthusiasts.
