Physics act just like another layer of clothing. Right-click it and then select wear. To remove the effect, take off the avatar physics.

Make sure that you are using Second Life Viewer 2.6.3 or above.( In the menu, select Help > About Second Life). If you are using an older viewer, your lovely wiggle will not be visible.
