Although the furniture of the Renaissance was often heavy and "clunky" by modern standards, furniture in the homes of nobles and royalty was richly carved, often with wood inlays, and sometimes painted. This table is made of richly carved wood with contrasting wood inlays.

It seats up to six for a meal, and could also be used as a hall table or in your library for displaying scrolls and manuscripts.
