Sometimes you just need to blow stuff up. But you need the right tool for the job. TNT or Plastic explosives? Maybe a fragmentation Grenade would do the job or something with a timer. This set has all that and more. Neighbors getting to loud, try a flash bang. To much how about some tear gas? OK that may not be the best use of an explosive, but I'm sure you will find this set a worthy addition to your arsenal. I mean countless collection of useful things, that may or may not explode.

The product description literally says: "Textures Include:
74 Texture, Height, Metallic, Roughness, Normal and Transparency Maps (up to 2048 x 2048)." Guess what, there are NO textures included, only a path to a folder to download them. I didn't spend almost 700L to have to upload my own textures. False advertising! All of the Seek products I've purchased seem to be either broken, lie about the description or do not have textures/the right textures. BUYER BEWARE!!

Had an issue with the product and the creator very quickly resolved the issue. Creator was very responsive and helpful. Good quality product. As of March 28, 2020, textured examples not provided. Textures must be downloaded on an external site and uploaded by yourself.
