Stop New Ghosts From Appearing With A Second Press Of The HUD Button.
Building Rights Are Not Needed For Operation.
Very Low Resources Required.

SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS:
Right-click on each of the 2 included items in your inventory and select "Add."
Then you're all ready to go!
Click on the small HUD Ghost to turn the device ON and again to turn it OFF.
