Pros:
Modern Design.
Beautiful Architecture.
(2) Bedroom possibility.
Cons:
No in-world demo and the link to the video presentation wasn't working.
Bottom floor is too dark and feels cold.

Modification is extremely difficult. Seller said to edit the cluster in the folder before rezzing it??
As customer's perceived value it could be considered overpriced.
I feel the seller should have put the actual lot size this house would fit on (1024sm). I spent wayy too much time modifying this house and it was a royal pain. This by far was my biggest complaint.
