This latest Prefab House is 95% Mesh and is my most detailed build. It's a two story home with 4 Bedrooms or 3 Bedrooms and 1 Large Bathroom if you prefer. It also has a Large Sun Room, A Dinning Room, a Kitchen, Large Living Room, Grand Foyer, Front and Back Balconies. I love a house with a big porch! I think porches are very inviting and a great place to hangout! This Front and Back Porch wraps around on one side. The Dimension are 35 meters by 32 Meters and total land impact is 418. However this can be greatly reduced if you remove many of the extra details that I threw in like the Chandeliers, the Kitchen or Cooking Accessories and the lighting spots (on the floor I used to give off the illusion that light is coming into the home without having to convert to large file sized baked textures). They are linked separate so they can be easily removed without having to modify the rest of the house. - I personally do not like cramped homes that are not SL friendly with the viewing camera, meaning it's hard to get good views while inside a house because of the low ceilings or narrow areas. So I made sure to test this house out well as I built it with the default camera settings so that you get good views while inside and less camera collisions and such. I think if John Hughes had played SL then he would loved this home! Also FYI the Included Garage and Boathouse are a Bonus and add to the total prim count/land impact if you choose to use them. From 83-98, as well as the Items in the Goodie Box are rather Prim Heavy so it's up to you if you want to use them.
If you have basic building skills this house is super easy to edit and change to whatever suits you. Great for decorating! As a bonus it comes with a Garage and a Boat House! They are packaged in a Rezzer separate from the House Rezzer so you can arrange them how you like. Also there is a Box of Goodies that has 4 of the main textures I used as well as the Tree and Lights and such I used in the Screenshots so you can edit this build to your hearts content. I think owners will be very pleased with the super detail and quality in this build and the extra bonus items included that allows a great more flexibility in how you layout and edit your new home. I think it makes for a great RP (Roleplaying) family home or just a nicer newer home to enjoy your Second Life time in. The Fireplace and Lights (both porch & ceiling) can be turned off and on with a click, or set to auto come on with Sim Time. The Doors can be locked and unlocked by the owner. Type in local chat /lock or /unlock Feel free to add your own door scripts or edit these door scripts if you like but I've never found them to be any use in preventing anyone from getting past them since everyone can just click to teleport to locations.
I hope the price is fair as I've not built in a long time but I think this house compares to houses that sell for way over this price. I don't think you should have to be rich to be able to enjoy SL quality. So I hope the low price and top quality makes new owners of this home even more happy with their purchase!

v1.6 Fixed exterior trim/base flickering issues... Added a lot more extra bonus items not listed or shown in pictures! Added Many more extra textures! Lowered the prim count on the Boathouse.

way to primmy for a mesh build :(
I bought this because of the pictures here on the marketplace, but sadly it's just using way too much prims so i'm not able to use the furniture i want. Also i find the doors and windows to be way to detailed, i mean who give a f**ck that the windows can open... that the edge of the door show the lock hatch ???
If you rent on a 1/4 homestead like i do, i'd really suggest that you find another house with less land impact. Sorry Micky for this bad review but i call it as i see it, and sadly you seam to be way too interested in minor details that just push land impact high. Yes i know i could have modded the house and got the LI lower, but to be frank and honest i just don't have time and patience to do that.

Excellent house
I was so surprised when I bought this house I wasn't expecting it to be so beautiful but it blew me away i have spent thousands of lindens on houses that were no where near as gorgeous as this house I LOVE IT dont think about it just buy it you wont be disappointed.

Gosh with all the bonus items worth just for them as I am a shopper in the market place the trees on there own cost small fortune I plants are very cute and brighten any home like how you can take and add to it there are exstra features like the window love the detail to be able to open a window even though it's sl lol but still feels nice to think it's letting air in rooms are a nice size love the textures inside incase you want to use them fits to the size you wish you no if there was a tiny problem it's easy to fix yourself and anyway with what wonderful things you get worth it just for them one of them I had jet ski and was very fun to ride on lol I opreciate thease houses as you have given some good imaginative ideas fun and great lay outs price awsome cheers again for awsome build

Love this build with the garage and boat house! I've have paid far, far, FAR more for homes that were not nearly as nice. The fact that it is mod let me change up some of the room colors to fit the way I was decorating. Thank you!
