Hi there,
this is a demo of my little japanese coffee or tea house.
You will need about 17 to 12 square meter to place it on the ground. The original building has 28 li.
It comes with a script inside to turn the lamps on and off and with a box to place your logo in there.
As you know, made by myself :)

Good building
This is a DEMO ... and I already bought the original ... but writing this to say that they should make a more "accessible" demo the floor above is blocked by something invisible xD equally, I was convinced to only see it n_n
