This building - 100% self made - comes in 28 li and you need about 17 to 12 square meters to place it wherever you want to.
It comes with a clickedyclick script to turn the lights on and off. Link your own lamps and change the script to have it more roleplay. All you need is a snowglobe to place it in ;D

It works great for a small house boat, sit on docking/water. Thank you for demo, it helped me make decision.
A good building does not disappoint.
GOOD: Very good details and good quality, weighs very few prims and is a fairly decent size, is modifiable.
BAD: The windows do not move, you have to edit and move them or unlink and place script if you want it to do this automatically, the windows do not have the Japanese essence that you expected, such as paper windows, eccetera ...
OBSERVATIONS: Apart from all those bad points, it is finally modify, you can fix any issues and materials at any time, the house looks very detailed and with good quality, weighs very few prims, I think it is worth buying, my partner I give it to me and now it is part of a place to meet Yokais, hang out, have tea and among other things, very happy that it is part of my stage and everyone who sees it, have good impersions too, thanks for this work n_n

I bought this June of 2019 and really enjoyed it. The lights turn off and on, I did a split with it, downstairs was a Ramen Shop and upstairs was the Tea House portion.
Perfect.
This little house is great. I love it. Very well made, good looking textures and fully customizable. Couldn't ask for more.

This is a 2 room, 2 floor structure. It has working lanterns and makes a great shop, or tea house, or even a small house for role play.
