28 landimpact wowzer, all in mesh and with swinging and linked doors. Sorry, but the demo has 40 landimpact when rezzed... had to place so many demo prims in it ;)
You will need about 39 to 18 sqm to rezz it on the ground.
What you also will get are some fullperm textures to retexture some parts as needed.
On some pictures you will see my logo on the awning - you can replace it with your own.
There is also a special place for your 3d mesh logo on the front upper side of the building.

Torn....So love it ... so limited.. but love it..but...
I have to give this a 5 star because it is gorgeous!!! right out of the folder it's just perfect....then i tried to mod it for the space since it's an odd lot and had to take it away for another day. It is only 1 story..if you try to put another floor in -there are prim issues. The rest of the building is mod-able like the size and the windows...so yes.. love it...sad i had to folder it for later.
The creator is wildly talented and on my current favorite list.. recommend try the demo first.

Fantastic, much more than just a store
This is an amazing build, low land impact, great design, wonderful detail.
It is sold as a store, but it is so nice that I decided to use it as a fantastic 1930s Art Deco club.
One of the highlights of our sim.
Get the demo and be convinced that you can do so much more with it than just use it as a store.
Only way this place could be better is if it came with separately accessible apartments above the club, I mean store :)

Absolutely gorgeous! The exterior entrance area is exceptionally breathtaking. I would love to see an add-on so we could add as much height to the roof as we need. Thank you for including the textures for customizing! Please please PLEASE keep up the awesome work!
