Whatever and wherever you want to place that thing - Imagination is yours. That building is also made for dark themed sims.
Comes with lights everywhere. Left side outside, one light is flickering. Advanced materials for specularity on airventilation pipes, stairs and lamps. Some footprints on stairs.
Airventilation in the lower part. Decorative walls with decals. Outside building walls grafitti with pink/green love made. You can change it with included wall texture as well.
Some easter eggs: lost sock and 'remembering sneaks'.
Put your own shop sign on the billboard to get the perfect look.

the building can come alive. takes some patience, but nice by its self. ceiling is low as another user said, but not difficult to modify.

Low ceiling warning but dang* this is sweet....so playful, so dystopia, so deco, so versatile for sim themes......the bonus features are just cherry on the Sunday ( wonderful). it does resize and is modifiable.
PS if you like Harley Quin.. this building has your name all over it!

This is a fantastic building, the creator is very talented.
The building has lots of amazing details but you can still relatively easily adapt the building and change stuff.
Although it is a modern club in an old building it was no problem for me to remove the modern bits and make the building look old.
On top of that the land impact isn't too crazy, LOD great and wonderfully textured.
Please please please make more great buildings like these!!

As with every item I have purchased from this creator, the Bold Theater is gorgeous! It has a lot of mod opportunity without tons of wasted LI and has gorgeous textures without being a hog.
