The main building has about 7 doors with scripts to be opened. You will need about 25 x 17 meters space to place it properly.

Simply amazing!
I've been looking for the perfect building for the sim I'm helping designing and this is it. Great detail, low LI and perfect size for what I needed. The only thing that would make it even better is if there was a version with less doors up front and just a main one!
Valuable Asset
This is epic, I have to say that I have never found a building of this calibre, land impact and price point. Definitely a win on every level. You can use the three heights to layer your skyline or switch it up making it vary. Size is perfect, I couldn't be more happy. More buildings from co*ffee please <3 it.
