That's the mainstore originally made by myself for our Xplosion sim where we sold clothes and other stuff.
Now I'm selling it because we closed our inworld store.
You will need about 47 to 64 qm to place it on the ground. To place it properly with distance to other buildings you will need more than this.
It has 135 landimpact and comes with a rezzbox because the building is too big to be linked all together.
Consider to have a look at the DEMO and be aware that the demo is scaled down and one piece!

Sehr zufrieden, bester Store den ich kenne.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gebäude. Es sieht super aus, modern aber auch kunstvoll. Die Texturen haben eine gute Qualität. Es bietet ausreichend Platz.
Die untere Etage ist von der Deckenhöhe etwas zu niedrig, aber dank des großartigen Supports der Erstellerin, wurde mir eine Version mit einer überarbeiteten Höhe zugeschickt.
Absolut klasse und sehr zu empfehlen.
I love this store! with a an side note
I absolutely adore this little store...it's not really small in foot print but if you have space it's under 1/4 of a sim easy..I was looking for a bit larger but the foot print was clearly marked on the package and it was too cute to pass up...the bottom floor has a VERY low ceiling (as with some others by Sabanco, is very very low. if your not a tiny your going to feel like your about to bump your head) but the upper floor is soo open and just makes you happy in the space. Wonderful attention to space and geometry.. it's a bit more art then shop :)
