In the notecard we expect you to share the: Order number associated with your purchase, together with a clear problem description. Do make effort to give a detailed indication of what the nature of your problem is to prevent delays. There is no garantee to a solution - because you are obligated to take notice of what you agree on when choosing an item.If there is a solution we will provide it - response will be given as soon as possible !
Any negative griefing review feedback will stay unsupported or reported to Linden Lab !
Throughout the years people have gotten adjustments when it was needed. It is all about working together. Generally those people who get a solution do not share their story but this past year we have solved some important one`s, even if it was completely unrelated to the purchase. Sometimes it needs some tailoring to get the job done. :)
