1. Support requests handed to me via note card only.

2. Refunds offered on double purchases only.

3. Accidental mis-purchases of the wrong product will not be refunded.

4. Promotions could be offered from time to time, partial refunds paid on items purchased at full price are not possible.

5. Non-deliveries will be resent.
