Full Perm Mesh ~ TOS
~ You may resell and/or share any mesh item in your purchase as long as it is set to either copy/modify or transfer only and it has to be part of your own build.
~ You are not allowed to sell the item as standalone, your build must be significant different then the original mesh product, just adding a shadow, transparent prim, some grass or anything similar is simply not enough!~ The item(s) are not allowed to sell for a price below 50L$, exception to this rule is for group gifts or group hunts, as long as they don't end up at the Marketplace.

Most of my items include textures too, but not all of them. Before you purchase an item, make sure you have checked the content tab as well.
If there are no textures included, than that is the way I wanted it to be, so please don't ask for textures.
