Artist in SL and RL, I build whatever comes to mind, very little of it makes it to market, because building is way more fun than writing ad copy, and usually I am onto the next build before I get to that part. Building in sl is a wonderful creative outlet.
Sales help to support my sim Kundalini Mystic Isle, promoting knowledge and experience of spiritual awakening. Its a nice compliment when people like my stuff enough to buy it.

I love to share my love of building in sl. Most of my products are moddable so people can play around and mess with stuff, and usually include a detailed help notecard to encourage people to play with it.

Copiable items are no refund, but I will replace them.
No copy items can be returned for replacement if broken or refund if intact.
Most of my stuff is sold mod/copy, with exception of freebies which are no mod to keep them free: so they cannot be renamed and resold.
I sell a few full perms builder items, these are to be used in builds and set to no copy or no trans before being passed on.
