Rez Gray makes stuff.

If LL breaks it, Rez will fix it.
If YOU break it, keep the pieces to show to Rez.
If REZ breaks it, he will fix it.

In the event of an asset failure (ie: stuff missing from delivery box), IM Rez Gray and he will resolve the issue.
