Action Surfing Condition Scanner & HUD

Will check the surfing conditions for the sim you rez it out in. Texture will change on the sign when surfing conditions are good and bad.

Scans the sim every 5 seconds, so the sign is always displaying accurate and current data.

Bad surfing conditions are...
Minimum Acceptable FPS - 35
Minimum Acceptable Time Dilation - 0.8

Includes HUD&Rezzable Beachside version(one in pic).
