The Workspace HUD rezzes an empty house, a skybox, and various sizes of platforms. You have the option of rezzing the chosen object at your immediate position or you can rez a box to sit on and travel instantaneously to any altitude.
The box includes previous and current versions.
Versions with an "R" appended contain a basic radar.

Either of these will rez a box that will take you to a selected altitude. The WorkRoom is a 30x30 room. The walls are transparent from the inside and opaque from the outside. The inside textures can be changed. The walls can be raised to create an open space. The SkyHaven is a 30x30, two-level house (This is the same as the Home item, below).

After rezzing a 20x20 or 30x30 platform, you will notice a small box along the edge of the south wall. Click on it for a menu and select the option to Build. This will erect walls on the platform.

If you erected the enclosure walls on a platform, you can set the level of transparency. You can change the transparency for an individual wall or all four walls. You can set the transparency for the inside or outside or both.

BUILDERS BUDDY

The house (and Skyhaven skybox) contain the Builder Buddy scripts. This will allow you to set up furniture, save your setup within the structure, and then instantly rez or derez the furnishing by clicking above the front door.
Detailed instructions for Builder Buddy are included.
(If you want to save your arrangement within the HUD, some basic editing skill is required to replace the house in the HUD with your updated version.)

Exactly what I was looking for
I wanted a private place on the land that I rent at up in the sky and could not find a skybox that didn't have either awful textures, or was a ridiculous price. This was super-easy to set up. I am using the skyhaven part of this item (shown in the picture) and it is very spacious. You have the bottom floor, 2nd, and a roof. Tons of room to put things down. The 2nd floor has a beautiful glass floor in the center, and there are a few stained glass windows within. I was able to spend more lindens and use more prims on furniture/decor since the skybox is only one prim and 1L.

I don't know why no one has reviewed this before now. This thing is wonderful! And for a dollar it can't be beat!! I take me to a sandbox, wear the HUD, choose my structure and go to altitude for some solitude. There are several versions of the HUD included, so if you want the radar active be sure to use one of the versions that includes it ("R" in the HUD's name).
The pose stand has way more features than I need, so I can't comment on any of its advanced abilities, but it meets my needs and is easy to use.
I haven't yet tried to set up the furniture rez storage, but I did read through the instructions. They seem quite thorough, but previous experience in modifying items will probably be helpful.
This item should be in everyone's inventory. I guarantee you will find an occasion to use it!
