No matter how many 10sec mono clips you play from prims, it's just never going to sound truly 3D and STEREO. It will sound like a a lot of panned mono sounds - it's the laws of physics! That's the main reason why ambiance sounds in SL are usually so poor.

It's alright.
It's definitely more 3D than normal sounds,which makes it realistic. However, the wind is distorted and doesn't sound like wind at all. The birds are very in-your-face sounding, which makes the clip annoying after a minute or two. I'd pay about 75L for this, rather than the 149L I had to spend.
Simple & easy to use.
It does install and configure via the contained parameter card really easily. It has very little to modify. You will probably spend more time on your browser sound configuration settings. I don't think it needs more configuration.
I added 1 to my homestead & will add another later. But it would be a mistake to flood the region with sound. I have other sound emitters (campfire, crickets and seagulls) in other hot spots. So I can wander from sound to sound. All in all does what I expected & no problems in the purchase & set up.
Good but needs a bit more work
The 3D sound effect is good but i agree with other reviewers that the constant one bird sound is tedious after a while, my main reason tho for not giving full star rate is the fact it does not have night time sounds or even turn off at night when you expect birds to be sleeping. updates needed.
Nice effects and customisable
Very easy to set up and customise, good sounds but maybe the bird will get a bit irritating after a while, I'm not sure yet. Still, nice item.
Not very good
First it sounds like it was recorded in an empty building ….has that "hollow" sound to it. Second, there is a background noise which i know the maker meant for it to sound like country sounds but it ends up sounding like someone is hitting the mic when they recorded it. Third never heard wind which is fine. Fourth the bird NEVER shuts up….and I mean NEVER LOL! It's like one bird is on crack while the others which are much quieter take a very short break. His jungle one is much better.
