Land Manger is the prim managing system designed to work with Machess Rental Box v2.3.3 and later. Package includes (1) Land Manager, (2) Rental Messenger, (3) Prim info loader.
What do Land Managers do?

1. Display total prims, available prims, temp-rezzed prims, and unknown prims as the hover text
2. Keep track of tenants current prims limit and prim statistics, including prims rezzed by their GUESTS.
3. Monitor prims of tenants, guests, and visitors in the entire SIM regardless of where the objects are and how each tenant rents their places.
4. Automate prims and parcel managing tasks. IM tenants when they use more prims than allowable.
5. One Land Manager (1 prim) is capable of watching multiple parcels on the entire SIM regardless where your skyboxes and houses are located.
6. Update prim usage, tenant and guest info on the fly from Machess Rental Boxes and Rental Controllers.
7. Inform tenant of their prim usage when they touch the Machess Rental Box.
8. Smart setup. Auto scan all parcels on the sim regardless of you divide your lands, or set up parcel scan list on the notecard.
9. IM/Menu guide for assisting owner and managers to return unattended prims

1. Return objects. Linden Lab does not allow scripted objects to perform this task. Touch "Return Prims" button on the menu
2. Divide your land. There are other viewer-based applications are designed to do this.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ

1. Although the permission of the Land Manager object is Modifiable and Transferable, if you are the owner of the Machess Rental Box, your name should be listed as the Last Owner of the Land Manager after deeding it to group. Right click on the Land Manager box and select "Edit" to verify this information.
2. What Land Manager cannot do is returning objects. You will have to return users' prims manually. This task cannot be automated.
3. When you have the optional Rental Controller (Security/Scene Remote/Scene panel 3-in-1 system), you will be able to manage prims rezzed by tenant's GUESTS as well.

Functions on the Land Manager menu:

1. Tenant List: Display tenant list and their current usage and assigned prim quota.
2. Guest List: Display all known guests and their individual prim usage.
3. Parcel: Display a list of parcel coordinates
4. Prims Info: Display unidentified prims. Please note that the former tenant's prim will be shown here.
5. Free Memory: Check memory usage. If this number becomes too low, the system will freeze.
6. Managers: Add/Edit/Remove your manager list. Managers will be able to access all features except for "Managers" and "Export" features.
7. Export: Export the content of Land Manager for system migration and upgrade purpose. Copy the text to a notecard and save it for future reference.

Features of Rental Messengers (Mod & Copy)

0. One single Rental Messenger object is good for all Machess rental boxes on the sim.
1. Inform owner when a new lease begins or a lease expires.
2. Allow visitors to touch for receiving future IM when any unit is available for rent. No spams version so one IM only!
3. IM to direct visitors to individual available rental box or redirect them to rental office via landmark.
4. Send out notecard, gift items, and group invite link when a tenant rents your place. This option is customizable including message contents, notecard, and object items.
5. Connect Machess rental boxes to other devices you have via in-object modifiable API script, including 3rd-party security systems, group invite bots, display board, or razzes, etc. Some scripting is required!

hello everyone! I have purchased the land manager to use in my rental business with casper rental boxes and machess rental controller. Is there anyone using it successfully? I can't manage to get it to work properly.
