It is designed to give the impression that a hot air balloon is floating past some distance out to sea. It is actually a single sculpted phantom megaprim with a slow spin script in it. I would suggest that it is meant for the owner / renter of a sim & not for someone who rents a parcel as this build circumnavigates an entire sim & is made of a megaprim that is larger than the sim itself & as such, although it is phantom & would have limited impact on other parcels / owners / renters, it would "occupy" their space also. If you rent a 1/4 sim and you set the centre of the build just inside your quarter you might get away with it as it would show up as being on your land, but I would suggest that you check the Covenant to see if megaprims are allowed.

Placement can be tricky so I suggest that if you have not tried to place a megaprim before, particularly one larger than a sim, please consider contacting me or someone familiar with megaprims for advice or assistance. I am happy to place one for you and sell it to you for nothing as long as you have purchased this item initially & can rezz the box that was delivered to you as proof of purchase.

Realistic Water Movement
I love this very much. I purchased it thinking it was just going to be a texture and I'd have to do a lot of work to make it look good with a beach theme but was pleased with it when I rezzed it. I even used it as a practical joke, I placed it on the floor of my club and took a picture of it and sent it to my partner telling him I flooded the club. He didn't know what happened and thought I was serious. The movement is so amazing, the color is realistic. Definitely my favorite product.
