This is a beach extension to your waterfront beach property. It's ment to go on the left hand side of your property and it will make it seem that you have more land than you actually have because it's off sim. You can teraform your land to fit this extension perfectly.
It extends out about 25 meters and is about 15 meters wide above the waterline and it's only 18 prims!
I also sell one for the right.

I was worried I would have to adjust this on each side to make sure it didnt touch my neighbours land but the creator has made sure this item fits perfectly inside your land parcel. Looks great, thank you!
