Bought this is 2021 and still use it often, worth the price for how useful it is.

I'm not a builder, but I know what I'm doing when it comes to decorating and editing. This has saved me so many times from stuff being returned. This has to be the best tool for building in the sky, seriously. Thank you for an amazing product. Sorry i didn't leave a review sooner. :-)

Perfect For All Parcel Shapes
I've got a really weird bit of land that I want to make a sky platform area for. I purchased another much more affordable version.. And got what I paid for. Then I bought this and was amazed at both how accurately and easily it set the border parcel up.
If you need something that will be 100% accurate and not give any trouble, spend the extra and buy this.
