[.Shuggles.] Config Handler Script Versión 0.61

Thank you for your interest in the "Config Handler" script by .Shuggles.

The Config Handler script can be used to read in a configuration notecard.
It provides a link message interface to get and set configuration options
in different sections (see below). It allows several options to be on one
line (separated by "|") to increase reading speed:

The Config Handler script is copy and trans, but no-mod. It's licensed under
the BSD license with the addition that is must not be resold standalone in
parts or as whole. It can be used in your creations as long as these license
conditions are met.

All scripts are delivered in a box so they don't interfere with the vendor.
The box itself is copy only, but the scripts inside have the specified permissions.
To unpack, just attach the box, it will deliver the contents to your inventory.
If you rez the box, it will ask you for permission to temporarily attach to you.
Please check if the dialog boxes asking or giving you something hide behind the
inventory window or other windows. You can also use the box to test the script:

It contains a full perm test script to test some typical usecases and special cases
as well as a simpler example script (set to not running). Both can be taken as
reference on how to operate the actual Config Handler script. To try, just rez and
touch the box. Check the output manually. Be sure to verify your usecases as well.
No guarantee is given that it will work in every scenario, although the best
effort was taken to make it work properly.

I don't do refunds, of course, since the item is copy and trans.
